The purpose of the meeting was to discuss the preparation of the Twinning project proposals for the Secretariat of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine on Human Rights. In the meeting the Twinning project proposal was analyzed and the recommendations for its improvement were provided. At the same time, the peculiarities of the implementation of Twinning in Ukraine were discussed during the meeting.
