Mr. Tymofiy Motrenko in his welcome word covered the main lines of the tasks and procedure of carrying out the second session.

Mrs. Tetyana Kovtun, the Director of the School of Senior Civil Service delivered the presentation on the execution of decisions of the first session of the Coordination Council, the previous results, topical issues and perspectives of the implementation of the State Target Programme on Training, retraining and qualification raising of specialist in the sphere of the European and Euro-Atlantic integration in 2008-2011. 

Representatives from Kharkiv Regional Institute of Public Administration, Odessa Regional Institute of Public Administration, Ministry of Justice, Chernivtsi National University, The State Customs Service of Ukraine told about the experience and future of the qualification raising of specialist in the sphere of the European and Euro-Atlantic integration.

The draft of the Action Plan on execution the State Target Programme on Training, retraining and qualification raising of specialist in the sphere of the European and Euro-Atlantic integration in 2008-2011 for year 2010 was represented by Mrs.Tetyana Kovtun. After that participants discussed the draft.

The session resulted in decision to finish the Action Plan on execution the State Target Programme on Training, retraining and qualification raising of specialist in the sphere of the European and Euro-Atlantic integration in 2008-2011 for year 2010, taking into account the proposals, to cunduct an independent assessment of productivity and efficiency of implementation the Program in years 2008-2009, to prepare and circulate the information-analytical report on execution in 2009 the State Target Programme on Training, retraining and qualification raising of specialist in the sphere of the European and Euro-Atlantic integration in 2008-2011.
